A. Candidates ALWAYS want to know the billing rate, for many reasons. The reasons that are important to the PSD Team include:

     a) Billing Rate equates to candidate's risk of employment/non-employment

     b) Billing Rate is an implicit function of client's performance expectations

     c) Net Margin too large will cause technologist ultimately to feel advantage was taken

B. Client is buying (contracting for) and deserves a technologist whose agency has predisposed the psyche in every way for success:

     a) Net Margin is a foundation of trust and team member's "ownership" of assignment and          commitment to client's best interests

C. PSD is selling its marketing and match making expertise, which has a finite market value.

This margin markup is 17.86% of the billing rate.

Practice Due Diligence and Fiduciary Responsibilities on behalf of our clients

100% of a billing rate increase ( 12 month anniversary ) flows to technologist's pay rate (first year); subsequent annual increases are similarly passed through, less, in some cases, a payroll expense charge of 15%.

Provide on-going technical training for team

Pay all referral fees owed, no exceptions = Honesty & Integrity

Quality of Service and of Technologists, with fair pricing, will develop valued vendor status
